We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@taste-of-provence.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception formally notify the carrier in writing upon delivery of all comments and reservations. If the package is damaged you must refuse it otherwise you take the responsibility to accept it. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Products are carefully packed together to make sure that nothing will be broken during the transportation. We will split packages in case of large orders. If you ask via the contact form, we can also propose a Gift Box Taste Of Provence for 10€/Box.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order before signing the delivery note. In case, you saw the damage too late, contact us via our website, we will do our best to find a solution together.

It depends on the products. For the ones having a consumption deadline, it is written on the product. Please note that some products has to be kept into the fridge after opening. You can find the information on the product description on the website as well as on the product itself.
